Yes. If you have Rapture LE you get to upgrade for £15. If you have Dimension LE you can upgrade that to the full for £35. These LE instrument versions come with Sonar X1 LE and some of the old Sonar versions as well as with some of the sound packs.

as far as I can tell (I had access to sonar LE from way back, including a current X1 LE license), X1 LE does not come with any of the instruments; it comes with a 'Cakewalk Sound Selection' which is sort of like a sampler from all the instruments. But it's not an LE version by any means.

Dimension LE comes with any DSF dimension sound pack (including the emu ones, which are $19 right now). There are a couple rapture sound packs for $19 right now, but none of them appear to come with rapture LE.

Occasionally Cakewalk have sold Dimension LE with Garritan Pocket Orchestra for silly money (think it was £5 when I bought it). Bargain.

Yeah, I got that over here for even slightly better price of $5. GPO is a PC only installer though. I eventually installed it on a PC and then was able to transfer those files to a Mac. I also just bought Planet Earth for $20 on sale. I'd hoped it would have all the sounds of my old Proteus 3 hardware. It doesn't. I think some are the same and others are okay. Live and learn, I guess. $25 for all three of those isn't too bad, but I think I'm done with my Dimension LE collection.

Well I paid more than that just for Dance Vocals, Jungle Frenzy and Synth Bass Loops.

The thing to remember though is that the titles in ProPack and Total Rex are very old (1990's) so they are great for people like me that are stuck in the 90's!

I like their tutorials but until they introduce HD downloads for Windows PC's or at least upgrade their streaming service to HD, I won't be giving them any money.

Luckily Groove 3 supports us PC owners as well.

Why would you think it is not? Having the ability to see the text labels on a GUI not to mention to easily hear what is being taught is crucial.

The only Tutorials I've bought were HD.. depending on the type of tut, HD can be tremendously important.

depends on how bad movies were shot, there are also non-HD movies which sound and look nice!
