Ok, because if you log in on http://www.u-he.com/cms/uhesupport you can manage your subscription.

Thing is, our store (ShareIt, soon to be replaced) sets an opt in for their own newsletter by default, but not for *our* newsletter. Only about 50% or even less opt in to receive our newsletter even though it may contain vital upgrade info.

But even if you're on, we do get a couple of bounces each time we send something. This has improved greatly though...

We do however send news sparsely. We're up to 4 in a year from just one in previous years.
