Hi Urs,

I had Filterscape running all day perfectly, but it failed to open after installing the demo of MFM2.
Coincidence or not I don't know, but a simple reboot fixed the issue.

I changed the thread to remove any damage/credibility issues that were unfounded to begin with.

No worries, we believe that handling such issues openly strengthens our credibility

If anything happened to Filterscape during MFM2 install then that's something we won't dismiss lightheartedly. If you let me know which path to Vstplugins/data and host you're using, I'll get Fritz onto the case and run a few tests.

There's always been the occasional oddity right after installation/update and we're naturally seeking to get rid of these. If it's in our hands, that is.

Hi Urs,

Thanks for this.

I'm running Live 8.3 on a PC.

They are installed as follows:
C:\Program Files\My Name\VST Plugins\U-he\Filterscape.data
C:\Program Files\My Name\VST Plugins\U-he\MFM2.data
C:\Program Files\My Name\VST Plugins\U-he\Uhbik.data

I know the installer suggests to not install under program files, but this is a work PC so my options are limited.

Also, as I said it's my work computer which even at the best of times thinks it's a koala. ie it sleeps 22hours a day and is stoned the other 2.

Hi Mushy,

To make it work with Live when putting the plugins into your path (with my user name of course) I have to move the data folders out of Program Files. I put them into Documents and made a link to them that I put back into VSTPlugins folder. Then I have no hickups.
