Hi Everyone,

Really loving my first MUTools experience (using the free version and may eventually want to buy it in spite of my current love affair with Samplitude). Haven't played around much with the modular setups yet but loving how fast, elegant, and clean this program is for tracking.

I've been able to get all my plugins to work well so far (even the Nebula ones), however, none of my waves plugins read. I tried manually looking for the .dll files and the Waves Shells but I keep getting error messages.

This comes up: WaveShell-VST is not compatible wiht the current application. WaveShell-VST and the Waves Plugins can only run in applications that support VST shell Plugins (kPlugCategShell).

As much as there are plenty of alternatives, I have already invested quite a bit in waves plugins that I find useful and would like to use them to the fullest extent. Is anybody else having compatability issues or know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

You can extract the individual plugs that are housed in the shell with a program

CoolColJ,

Thank you. You are a genius. Dled the program and extracted files to another folder. Now my waves plugins open quicker than ever!

Much appreciated.

I tried downloading the program, but I received an error message. Are there any other programs out there that do the same or is there another way of doing this in order to use the waves plug-ins.

Thanks,
