Engine Does Not Recognize Some Free Libraries

I have all of my libraries in the preferred location, yet the program recognizes some and not all of them. Very odd.-- eg. the free Galaxy Demo from Sounds on Demand. I tried hitting the "rebuild" option under the instrument loading window and nothing happens. Have also tried re-booting and that doesn't work either. Any ideas?
