peti_beta.dll is a free beta version
of the new VSTi by NUSofting/Dash Signature.

Not a demo, the plugin is fully functional.
You can save and load presets, a 11 presets bank is included as FXB files

You can find a dedicated thread in Dash Signature forum at kvr-vst.com,
to report bugs, comments and suggestion about Peti.

Share presets as well.

Short Description.

Peti is designed to emulate harmonium, accordion and melodica sounds,
by a custom FM engine.

Many types of "free reed" sound are possible.

Bellow emulation thru LFO, or you can link MIDI CC to Volume by MIDI learn.

Note: "Mono" is not implemented yet.

The Release version will have animated keyboard on GUI and better graphics as well.

Peti means Harmonium in India.

Exceedingly cool. I can't way to play with it. You make some of the most interesting intruments around. I've only bought two VSTi's so far, and they were both yours.

As for your future plans, let me be the first to say "hammered dulcimer"

I'm a huge fan of Indian Music, and I cannot believe that I'm looking at a Harmonim VST

Wow Liqih, this is VERY COOL

I'll be playing with this later tonight after the kids go to sleep, if I have bug reports do you want them here of by email?

And I second the suggestion of HarpTime for the hammered dulcimer, I have heard a very nice santoor type sound come from this VSTi.

Hey liqih! Just installed the demo, loaded it up and.....Bam! Soon as i play a note instead of hearing sound, it crashes my Host. I'm using CubaseSX2, with windows 2000 professional and an amd athalon processor at 900mhz. Any clues to what may be causing the crash?

hey liqih,
just to repeat what I wrote in the other thread, this crashed orion when I tried to change presets.
works fine in fruity, but I did find out there are no presets.
opens and plays ok in cubase 5.1.
no extensive playing in any of the host; but for what tinkering I did it does sound lovely.

Ok....downloaded the update, loaded it into cubase SX2, hooked it up, pressed a key and CRASH! lol. still causes a conflict with cubase SX2 and forces you to exit the program. sorry liqih.

click on Star for menu)

fixed GUI controls which caused crashes or exceptions

fixed stuck notes when changing poly or coupler

some cpu optimization

In Chainer, whenever I tried to use the pitch wheel, the program would crash.
