- Mono2Stereo effect 'stereo' any mono signal. It works with complementary comb filters. One tooth goes left, the next to the right and so forth. As this can create effects like the bass drum plays mainly left and the bass on the right, there is a Bypass that keeps the signal mono below that set frequency. If you hear unwanted L/R effects, play with the Color parameter (the higher the Color value the more teeth the comb gets). Its completely transparent (flat frequency response)! and fully mono compatible. Turn the Stereo Width to 0 and the comb filter are still working but not noticable! Works really nice for me.
- Simple Limiter is just that. My humble approach to really limit an output. It's by no means transparent and adds increasingly distortion the louder your input gets, but it does not go beyond the set output level. So, don't use it on your next singer songwriter track, but dubstep can be fine
- Thanks to the recent new Mulab modules, i could revise the Stutter effect to reacts on midi notes. Much easier to work with this way.
Different to the old Stutter, which constantly listens and repeats what was before when you start repeating, this version starts listening on note on. I made a tempo synced and un-synced version. The synced version requires version M4.3.1.
- I added two Mid-Side processors. One is a revised version with now correct output levels, plus an MKII version that adds EQ in the mid and side signal. These can be easily changed by clicking the EQ buttons and browse to another effect.
- Finally the requested Tremolo in a tempo synced version.
Required Mulab Version: M4.2.2 and 4.3.1 for the "Stutter (sync)"
Required MUX VST: The latest version, the "Stutter (sync)" has to wait until the next release.
[edit] There is a bug in the Stutter patches. There is a new version available. Please replace the old one.
