MUtility: "Basic" settings ignored when Delay is enabled

Hi Vojtech,

Sorry, another possible bug report.

Steps:
- add MUtility to a track
- play something through MUtility and e.g. dial down the Volume knob -> the signal gets quieter as it should
- enable Delay block and turn up one of the delay knobs a bit

Expect: no audible difference
Actual: audible sound is now back at full volume, changes in the "Basic" sections are now completely ignored.

This occurs in MUtility and the Utility module in MXXX.
