I bought a vst-piano, Mr Ray mk 2, downloaded it. But when I click on vst_Mr.Ray window , a foreground window appears with 2 fields to fill in the user name and the licence number. The problem is,that I can't use my keyboard,nor the right mouse click on it. At GSi-Sound, they tell, it has something to do with Mulab. There should be a possibility to route the keyboard functions to the foreground window...???
Do you know about this problem and could you show me the way ?

Yes i noticed that routing keys into a VST editor often is difficult. Not only in MuLab. Unfortunately i don't have an immediate solution for this, but i added a note on the wishlist.

Strange, I have that Rhodes VST as well and I can enter stuff in those two fields. Doesn't seem to be a Mulab problem.

You could try using savihost to fill in license details for now or any other host. Mini Host works.
