ERA feature requests

Love this sequencer, it's simply amazing at what it does (simplistically).

Bass lines, chords, glitch or anything.

I would like to see a feature to allow patterns to be more than 1 page long. I found my biggest complaint is that to make a typical baseline, I would have to chain 4 patterns together to complete the melody.

I would like to be able to use patterns that could accomodate this with out having to string together patterns, just to complete a single melody-per-pattern.

Possible ways to accomplish this,

• page tab - scroll with small arrow through pages (updates main sequenecer display)
  freely assign the number of 'steps' for each pattern (any number within the limit of 64 steps max)
  GUI accomodate the extra steps by scrolling with playback or by selecting the page via right click menu.

yes, it's not quite the same though. It does 32 steps, but not longer?

Also, what I like about ERA is you can setup many sequences in each pattern, and mute them as you like.

In the end I seem to prefer ERA because of this, but Thesys is also good, but not the same.

ERA allows to play easily experiment with multiple melody or bass line and the same time.. Good for creating new harmony, etc.
