Hy guys, some users asked me what happened to me, since I was away for some time. And what was the whole deal with NUsofting and DASHsignature, since now Luigi is posting a new product that shows both companies names. Here is a short message on what's going on.
Me, WilliamK, had some financial problems on the past, as some may know due to the messages I posted. I had to sell my 50% share of DASHsignature to Luigi to cover a debt I had with him. Now Luigi Felici (aka Liqih) holds DASHsignature brand, site and code. And he is the one managing the site since 8th of April. I'm still giving some help to him, but nothing big.
Me and my wife moved from Canada on March 18th to go to Europe. We left Europe and went back to Brazil April 10th, and we are here in Brazil now. That's why I was away from the Internet quite a while.
Famous Keys 3 will still be released by me at the DASHsignature site in a few weeks, I hope that in one week I start the beta-testing of it.
After FK3 I will decide on what to do, nothing decided yet.
Luigi and I are still good friends, and I'm helping him everytime he asks for my help. I still give some tips and advice to him for the site, but now is all up to him. (Since 8th of April)
Soon I will post more information on what will happen, and Luigi will post the changes at DASHsignature, but for now is everything the same. I didn't keep any product, so all current products will remain, Luigi will release the updates and add new products.
Best Regards, WilliamK

I'm one of those guys that Rob mentions that has loads of respect and no bad things to say about William.
I also know firsthand the difficulties (financially and otherwise) that arise from trying to run a small company. It's a very difficult and trying adventure to say the least.
William, you have always taken incredible care of your users, and have reminded me many times why I would rather deal with a small company like DASH than a large one like Steiney or NI. Your care for us and your inspiring products have made a big difference for me. You will definately be missed, and I wish both you and MK the absolute best, and I hope you will find what you are looking for in your future endevours. Please drop by KVR and say 'Hi' to your friends from time to time, and give us updates. I for one will be very curious to see what is next in the William K story.
And let me say that I'm so very sorry that we have lost you as a Canadian. I hope that your time here was happy, that the people you met treated you well, and that you will always have good memories of the country you shared with us.
Best wishes,
Mike

I knew about the problems too as many users here and tried to help out with the bit I could like some others here. I remember how veeery lucky I was at X-mas with the bundle of Dashsignature-instruments and I'm still so it's rather sad what you write. All the best for the future and I do really hope you'll come back and we hear from you. But if you decide to do other things, good luck for that!!!

Best wishes, William! Sorry about my country's asshole immigration people. For some reason, they don't seem to like Brazilians! My boss's girlfriend is Brazilian and they won't even let her visit. I guess I'll either have to head down to Brazil (which isn't a bad thing at all) or maybe we can all meet up in Italy so I can meet Luigi, too! The big NuDashSoftSignature gathering!

Many blessings, William--and please do keep us up to date from time to time. And if you need some recommendations for a resume, you know there are plenty people here who'll jump at the chance to help out.

Thanks guys for all the help and words.
Off course my dream would be go back to Canada. I could, if a company hired me while I'm in Brazil. But I only got experience, no university.
While I was in Canada I couldn't get hired, but now that I'm in Brazil, if anyone knows a way to get a job as a C++/Assembler programer, or advanced MySql+PHP WebDesigner or even Network (I know a lot) I would apreciate. On the meanwhile I may start something new on the Internet, until I decide what to do...
Best Regards, WilliamK
