If LennarDigital make a Reason Rack Extension version of Sylenth and price it competitively ($99) they will sell LOTS of licenses.
Make it happen!

I would love to see Sylenth1 as a RE. I don't think it should only be priced at 99, that is rude.
99 minus 30%, that is like half the money from the VST version. No, charge full on for it if you decide to port it, make it worth while. :)

The point is to sell a shitload at $99 instead of having most people use cracked copies..

Sorry for sounding dumb but coming from a Logic user, what's special about RE?

Nothing. It's just another plugin format.simonbostock wrote:Sorry for sounding dumb but coming from a Logic user, what's special about RE?

When i was a beta-tester for 6.5 I was thinking the same thing.
Im sure he got tons of emails asking for this, because I think it would fit PERFECTLY into the reason rack.
Seeing how his website and products are so slowly updated, I think he should also invest in more employees to help manage his workload first before tackling any new huge ports, as I bet anything that he is still a one-man show.
I was on the forums waaaay back under a different account when he was sharing the beta of sylenth to people and I was absolutely blown away with it. Even now it's still a powerhouse synthesizer and seems mature enough of a product to port into a system like reason.
If he ported this to reason, I would probably re-buy reason again because IMO they are a perfect system for electronic music production.
