i have a RECEPTOR 2+ with KOMPLETE 7 pre-installed.
when buying the update for KOMPLETE 8 - can I simply install this update on my RECEPTOR follwing this instruction ?

do I have to uninstall the previous KOMPLETE version or can I go simple and keep this version... ?
Update KOMPLETE 7 to KOMPLETE 8

The best thing to do is leave Komplete 7 installed and then install Komplete 8 in addition. This is the best because there are so many similar plugins between the two. You will not have to install Massive, FM8 etc... Just follow that install method in the knowledge base and during the install process you can un-check the plugins you already have installed.
