CPU use should not be higher than those but it could be high depending on how many voices you set in the "Global" menu. I have a quite old macbook but it can run Synth Squad and Diva better than this. Could it be that CPU usage is drastically more than with mentioned plugs?
In my commercial "Atmospheric Transients" soundbank (see my signature or the links i posted above) this is the standard setting.
With that setting i got no big problems using the PC/Windows version in Ableton Live 8.3.3.
