Is there a way that I can have Sylenth remember where my presets are

I bought Sylenth on Friday and I am still learning my way around it and getting used to the presets ect. The problem I have with it right now is that I have to load my banks every time I open it or start a new patch from scratch. Sometimes I just want to load a preset and go. Is that possible?

Love to know the answer to this myself. I've tried to figure this out before and just settled on dropping the presets into a folder I remember, then load the presets/banks when I need them. It would be nice if there was a folder we could drop them in to make them available to Sylenth all the time.

For easy access to soundbanks you should store them in the Sylenth1 data folder. When you click MENU -> Load Bank you'll see these banks immediately.

Sylenth1 loads FactoryBank1.fxb from the Sylenth1 data folder by default every time a new instance is created. If you want it to load your own bank (filled with your own presets for example), just replace the FactoryBank1.fxb file with your own bank.

Alternatively, you can create a project template in your host that contains several instances of Sylenth1 on separate tracks, each loaded with a different soundbank of your choice. Everytime you start a new project, just load the template to have all presets you may ever want to use directly in front of you.

My sylenth is not opening any of the banks by default. I have to go back and load the sounds via the menu everytime I open it. That is what I am asking about. How do I make it remember like you say it does by default because my Sylenth does not. This is how my Sylenth looks by default

On a side note I emailed you about this a month ago. Is there a better way of getting support for this plug beyond waiting a month for a reply back? No disrespect but this response that I did get back didn't even really answer my question that I initially asked.

Seems something is wrong with your installation (did you install v2.21 and then installed v2.20 back over it maybe?). Please uninstall Sylenth1, search your VSTPlugins folders for any leftover files and folders named Sylenth1 and delete everything. Then download Sylenth1 from the links in your license email and install it by following the installation instructions closely.

I haven't received any email from you? Maybe something went wrong there..

I have only installed v2.21 and have tried this several times with no success. I'll try it again when I get some time but I am hearing around the net that this is a common issue.
