I want to buy MU.LAB XT, or the lower priced one. I live in the US, and have only the USD. Will Visa automatically transfer it to USD?

I do believe you can checkout via Paypal using a credit card if you like. So it essentially is just a front end for paying by Visa.

Oh he meant it that way, sorry i didn't understand. Yes indeed you can with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you dont have a PayPal account, click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link on the PayPal order page.

If you have a paypal account you can set it to take funds in your chosen currency. I dont know if it gives you that option without an account.

If your bank account is in USD then you will be charged in USD as you can't subtract EUR from USD, the price in EUR is first converted to USD.

Back when I bought Mulab I was surprised they only offer credit cards and Paypal as methods of payment as Mutools is a European company and in Europe most people prefer to pay by bank transfer. Unlike in the US, many Europeans don't even have a credit card, nor Paypal account. So offering an IBAN number for European customers might make sense... Within the EU and between some other countries that have adopted the IBAN system, such transfers are free for both sender and receiver when online banking is used and the shared charges option (SHA) chosen.

Alright, my question is, if I purchase mU.LAB not using a paypal account, using one of the available credit card choices, will the credit card bill be USD, and do you know if there are any sort of fees charged by credit cards for foreign transactions.

The conversion will be automatic, on your statement it will probably list both the amount in Euros and the equivalent in USD. At least that is what happens when I buy something in the US from Europe.
With most credit card companies the fee ranges between 1 and 3% of the price.
