Also as I wrote in one post, it would be good to have separate overdrive control for XMF's filters (especially useful for serial mode), and also amplitude control for parallel mode (I actively use in last time the next trick: one lowpass filter and other in parallel lane with higher cutoff and lesser amplification. Results in warm but bright sound).

P. S. Sample playback will kill Zebra. I don't want all these 300mb 3rd party soundset libraries for Zebra.

Is it possible also to extend phase distortion fx to allow it distort FM input by osc (or osc by fm input)?

...or may be to allow phase distortion fx to get additional waveform as additional parameter, or at least make this feature for waveform editor...

I like phase distortion very much for its controllable warm-sounding character, it isn't like to fmish digital belling sound.

Well, the idea is sample import for wavetables. And options for bigger wavetables (maybe up to 4096 samples). In addition, conversion between wavetables and spectra, wavetables and splines/outlines. Drag'n'Drop conversion between Osc waveforms, LFO waveforms, MSEGs and ModMappers.

I still believe that sample playback would kill the vibe. But maybe a cool, built-in interface like Blueberry or Wav2Z might achieve a nice compromise.

In the end, almost everything is tackled. It just boils down to the comfort of editing/creating/manipulating waveforms and envelopes.

This means that we can drop a wav to an MSEG and the MSEG
will follow the wav's outline?

Would be incredible to follow a groove exactly with MSEG!!! And modulate the filters, resonator, volume, pan, even the pitch with that!

I know this is over the 4096 samples limit. But if you don't put this on an Osc like sampling, JUST ALLOW IT FOR THE MSEG!??

Here is an ideal that I've always wanted to see.

I like to modulate multiple OSC by single sources. So maybe a kind of OSC-cell, where one could drop a set of OSCs to be modulated as a whole.
IE, i create OSC1=+12st; OSC2=0st; OSC3=-12st, and then i can modulate the pitch of all of them by a MSEG or something.

Thoughts?

You can do that already, though... just gotta set the modulation for each osc separately - or use the matrix, or use the XY.

Will Z3 see any improvements in scripting support? It would be great to see something that is fully documented and supported rather than being an esoteric / underground secret...
