With long envelope release times, voice stacking, Divine mode, disabled multicore processing, yes, it could. :)
While correct, the OP also said this in the first post:
almost every preset i choose is "killing" my CPU, even when i choose some of the "8 Templates".
It sounds like something else might be at fault here.

To MagnumMusic: Make sure your Accuracy is set to "Fast" with the init presets. Is it still a problem?

Are u using Windowz or the best operation system in the world?

If Windowz go to control panel and cheak if u Cpu is in full performanse mode.

If u do not know how i can deteied explain how to do that.

How many simultaneous Divas and notes are you able to play at the same time keeping all the Diva's set to Fast quality mode?.

I have the older first generation i7 920 in mine, not overlocked. For the Ice Cool mp3 demo I made at busiest point there's about 7 Diva's running with a couple of them playing chord pads and they can all run realtime together in fast mode.

If you're not able to get close to that many sounds with your higher spec i7 cpu even using multi-thread for some or all of the Diva's then this could point to some other issue with your setup, maybe problems with the ASIO drivers or something with your audio interface, or some other background software hogging up cpu cycles or BIOS energy management settings etc.

Don't expect to get anything like the cpu performance of Zebra though, Diva does use a lot more, especially if you like using unison mode a lot. Diva isn't really geared for high unison voice count type stuff unless you really have an insanely powerful setup. If you like using high unison voice count then you'd prob have to keep it at draft quality setting for realtime. The chorus in Diva is excellent though so if sounds need a bit of fattening up that way consider trying to just use the chorus instead of the unison.
