After you bought MuLab 2, you got a free upgrade to MuLab 3 XT.
However a free upgrade to MuLab 4 was not included, sorry. I need to generate the necessary income in order to R&D MuLab 5 / MUX 2. Hope you understand.
But as you still have a MuLab 3 XT user license you can take advantage of the MuLab XT -> MuLab UL upgrade at 59 euro on http://www.mutools.com/mulab-shop.html
A MuLab 4 UL user license also includes a free upgrade to the next MuLab 5!
The MUX itself is an integral part of MuLab, so you can use it at full extent in MuLab 4 UL. MuLab 4 UL does not include the VST version of the MUX, but MUX Vst available at the reduced price of 33 euro for MuLab UL users on http://www.mutools.com/mux-shop.html
Hope this answers your questions, else let me know.

Hi,
Thanks for the info. I do understand---Alot of folks like to see a good music apps be released on the market for a reasonable cost----this is an example of that. As I've gotten into music tech more over the years I've tried a few apps out and bought them too when I didn't always need another sequencer---but for me thats part of discovering whats great.....
