I bought zebra, diva, filterscape and zebraHZ all through pay pal, thought that I would have an account at U-he site ... need to get the special HZ update installer. My email address doesn't register there, does buying stuff not automatically generate a user account at U-he ? Do I need to set it up to get into the support section ?

Seems like we must set up an account here: http://www.u-he.com/cms/uhesupport and then let the support team notice about it, they should help.

Like the above post.
You have to start an account on the site first.
Then your licenses will show in that section after logging in.
Maybe there's some wait time with that, not sure.
The ZebraHZ will be in that section as well.
...or something like that.
I got notified when that was ready there, so might be the same for you.

I think i have to join you there. :)
I don't want to bother Fritz, all the time with new updates.

Cheers :)

Hahaha, cheers folks.
It works like this: If you purchase something from us through our reseller ShareIt you have to create a ShareIt account.
That site where you create that account -looks- as if this is our site because it has the U-He logo on the top while in fact this one is a ShareIt site which can be seen from the address when you're inside the shop.
This is not as super clear as it could be and we talked to ShareIt about it and as I understood it this will be changed.

So if you want to get the benefits of a u-he support account like e.g. direct download of your soundsets, access to your license codes, etc. please go to the support section of www.u-he.com and create an account.
I recently had several support cases where this came up so that I thought it would be good to give this statement here. :)
