it would be nice, to have a mapping which can set a defined rack to active.
for example moving gain slider for "Vintage Bass5 Rack" set this rack active if checkbox for this feature is selected.
select a rack in a session with MIDI controller map?

You mean this?:
SESSION menu -> Use Automatic/Manual MIDI Input Focus.
Also see more detailed info here http://www.mutools.com/info/docs/mulab/main-menu.html
That way the rack stays active when you play midi keyboard while, for instance, tweaking some effect which is not part of the active rack.

i use only one midi keyboard with assigned faders and knobs.
actual: to set a rack in MuLab active, is only possible by left mouse click on concerning rack.
what i mean: to set also a rack in MuLab active, by moving "Gain slider" or "solo" button with a midi controller for concerning rack. This would be a nice feature to playing live with different sounds.
note:
MuLab documentation is out of date, because there are some changes not actualised.
old: SESSION menu -> Use Automatic/Manual MIDI Input Focus
new: SESSION menu -> Toggle Automatic Manual MIDI Input Focus
with this function you can fix focus with a left mouse click on a specified rack, or enable focus to any selected rack.
