A feature that can be very useful to all plug-ins :
At present, when a parameter is modulated by an LFO, the parameter can't be adjusted in the GUI anymore...
For example i like to assign the width of the reverb to LFO1 (very light modulation) but after i assign this modulation i still need to adjust the width parameter to adjust the reverb sound ! So i have to configure a multiparameter to control the LFO1 value to tweak the width parameter easily... time consuming !
Solution : when a parameter is modulated by an LFO, the parameter could stay active and be mapped automatically to the LFO "value".
I understand this might not be simple to implement but it would be very pratical.
Auto-pitch :
The keyboard is not displayed properly in the MXXX GUI (it's like 5 mm wide).
Delay :
The delay freeze is great with the delay control still working to speed up or slow down the freezed audio. Cool. Especially in MXXX with the 10sec delay.
Small problem : not always but fairly often i get a clicking sound in the looped audio (when the loop ends and restart), it seems to happen especially in classic mode and when right offset is not at zero i think. And also a click that repeats with the delay when unfreezing.
It seems there's still some sort of clicking sound when modulating right offset from say -24 ms to +24 ms at a rate above 1hz. But i guess it comes with the thing.
Lastly if i'm not mistaken, there's still the fact that modulating the right offset will modulate only one side of the stereo simultaneously.
I was thinking maybe if you put the balance pan feature after the delay line and delay offset, then maybe it will be possible to have only the modulated sound on one side, and by using both delay taps, it will be possible to have a different modulation on the left and on the right at the same time, without the clean delayed sound mixed in and without adding a left offset parameter (at the expense of the second delay tap wich could be useful for certain rythmic delays).
Midi settings :
It seems the midi notes controller section will only work if the top controller section is enabled ( maybe thats normal?).
The midi preset switching seems to work, i had to create new presets since the old presets recall/reset the midi settings.
GUI stuff :
Sometimes it's not very easy to see if the freezed button (and other similar buttons) are activated or not. A solution could be to turn the color of the « freeze » letters in red instead of white for example when it is active.
Same for « link » button and also the switch option in the multiparameters, sometime i have trouble seeing if they are on or off rapidly. Same thing, maybe the white round thing at the centre of the switch could turn red or green.
MultiAnalyzer :
If i understand correctly, the "Fill" and "Thick" selection/yellowing seems inverted between the "this instance" and "tracks" sections of the GUI.
For example you tick "fill the graph" in "this instance". And below in "tracks", the "FILL" word is deselected instead of being selected in yellow.
Lastly, i'll say with the latest optimizations i might be able to use MXXX as a sort of rack multieffect. Now that the midi preset switching is done, i'm starting to think i could probably use a standalone version of MXXX !
