I'm having a strange problem in Ace- in this patch, with the mix module sent directly to VCA 1, it sounds like the VCO's and sub osc are randomly mixed together when a MIDI note is triggered. There's no other modulation routed, and I've MIDI unlearned virtually everything on the synth. I have no idea what it could be, although I'm new to Ace, and it could just be something simple that I'm overlooking.
Here's an audio example of what I'm talking about, in case my explanation wasn't clear-

....and here's the patch:

I'm using Reaper 4.261 32 bit, BTW.

Sounds like phase offset is modulating per note, and looks on like the phase of the sub-osc snaps to a couple different possible offsets even though phase reset is 'on'.
The tuning might be a case that makes this behavior audibly wrong where it might not be in other cases - OSC1 is +24 steps, the sub-osc is at 0 (2 octaves down from +24), and OSC2 is at 0. I really don't know if this behavior could or should be different, but this patch can be fixed by replacing the sub-osc with the second LFO as an oscillator, patched into the bottom of the mixer.
