1. open new session
2. Map MIDI controller at "Basic Synth Rack" for Gain - Source: Controller 41, Channel 1 -> works
3. Map MIDI controller at "MASTER" for Gain - Source: Controller 49, Channel 9 -> doesn't work
after this two assignement, all assignemets doesn't work!
the same procedure from "SESSION -> Edit Session MIDI Imput Controller Map" works.

To be precise: You can't map MIDI CCs to tracks, only to module (aka plugin) parameters.
Then this: By default, MIDI input is auto routed to the focused target module, which is indicated in the Focused Target Panel at the top right. So it's that module that receives MIDI input and eventually remaps any incoming MIDI CC.
Note that you can control this auto MIDI input routing via the main SESSION menu -> Toggle Automatic/Manual MIDI Input Focus and also with SESSION menu -> Edit MIDI Input Channel Targets.
Anyway, still using automatic MIDI input routing: If you want to use 'global' MIDI CC mappings, put them in the Session MUX. There is a separate menu item for that see the main SESSION menu -> Edit Session MIDI Input Controller Map.
Hope this helps.
