Hi,
I'm wondering if there is an Oberheim model in play or planning? I can't afford an OBXa nor could I possibly accommodate one due to space constraints. Interesting thing is noone has actually modelled an Oberheim proper. This is puzzling since the OB series synths are some of the finest ever built I think. I'd love to see an authentic 'diva type' modelling attempt from u-he. Thanks so much.
cheers...

It would be nice
Yamaha cs-80 should be first since there isn't a good emulation on the market.

I'm going to be a bit anal and say:V0RT3X wrote:UHE Should do modules from
Yamaha CS-80
SCI Prophet 5
Oberheim SEM
A.R.P Odyssey
This would pretty much KILL off other emulations on the market
SCI Prophet 5 rev. 2 and not 3! :)
+1 on both CS80, SEM and Odyssey!

I agree on Rev2 since the sound is much nicer than Rev3eXode wrote:I'm going to be a bit anal and say:V0RT3X wrote:UHE Should do modules from

The thing is though; Urs would need to get his hands on all of these synths, for example cs-80 is pretty rare and expensive. But maybe he can borrow it from somebody ...
circuit modeling and 0-dfb filters are cool

SO GLAD I wasn't tempted to get the reduced price Arturia CS-80 a while back.

That would do it. What an amazing update that would be.
