Is there a way to have multiple tracks in a single sequence editor view?
By default you have one, for the track being edited, but say you want to see more than one, so you can line events up precisely with the ones in a another track.
So far I've been noting the time position of an event in one, and then going into the other track and lining it up with that time at least approx. Kind of a pain, hopefully I just don't know how to use a multi feature, that could be really helpful.
thanks,
JH

I'm not in front of the PC, but you can right click on one editor, Pianoroll for example, and select "copy time zoom"', if I remember correctly, and then open another Part and position it above or below the first one from which you copied the Time zoom.jmhead wrote:Is there a way to have multiple tracks in a single sequence editor view?

Right click on the second Part and choose "Paste time zoom".
Now the two Pianoroll should be visually in sync.
JOE, A WISH for this would be the following:
When performing this operation from a Pianoroll to an automation part, would be better to have the Automation part showing a blank area on the left as wide as the piano keys of the Pianoroll in order to have exactly the two windows line up perfectly.
As of now, because of the extra area of the keyboard on the left side of the Pianoroll, the automation Paste Time Zoom is not aligning the timeline as when we use only Pianoroll windows.
It's ALMOST perfect....... Almost

That's a step higher then Ghost notes.
AFAIK only Studio 1 has the Multiediting Pianoroll. Not even Logic has it that way.
Maybe is on the WL . I don't know
