Am I the only one that wishes the drift (constantly changing, not the tuning offsets used for different voices and oscillators) could go into an "exadurated analogue behaviour" range, like you press a button and the drift knob goes x5 or something?
At the moment I'm using a random LFO for extreme pitch drift a la Boards of Canada but it seems a waste when we have a dedicated module in the synth for this exact thing.

Agreed, more range is always good, you don't have to use it but we may WANT to

If you want BOC drift you'd have to use monophonic drift though. Uhbik-T is great for that kind of stuff!
Extreme per voice drift is more like a Aphex Twin kind of thing.

I always did wonder if Aphex Twin used random drift/detuning, or if his trademark "sad pads" are just in some alternative tuning. I guess, if you're going for the "faded tape" sound a la BOC, the track should drift as a whole, and hence a pitch destabilizing plugin might be best suited there.
All of these effects, I tend to find are less noticable in the mix, so if you want them to be "there" and not just hinted at, I've found you have to use extreme pitch deviations which can almost sound horribly out of tune in isolation.

and AFX is amazing too, more reason to give us extreme drift, going to have to try out different methods of producing these effects, usually just had some random LFO on tuning do it up until nowBronto Scorpio wrote:+1

I think some extreme drft controls would be great!
Also Id like to see these A.C.E Circuit Bending knobs on Diva.
(Slop, Crosstalk, OSC Cap failure)
I really love DIVA as it is, but being able to make DIVA sound like it's about to bust or something would be awesome too!
