MIDI Output to Controller

Hi,
I connected my BCR2000 to my computer and midi learned some knobs in Zebra 2.5. The knobs react as they should in the vst. But when I turn a knob with the mouse, the controller don't recognize any change of the value (should be showed by the led rings) and if I turn the controller knob, the value in the vst jumps.
I tried it in Sonar X2, Fruity Loops 10, Ableton Live 8, Reaper.
Are there MIDI signals coming out of the vst, when I turn a knob with the mouse, or not? Are there MIDI signals coming out when I change a preset, or not?
Thx for your help, Beat

Use a MIDI monitor like MIDI OX to tell if your getting MIDI signals out or not.

Zebra doesn't send midi data out of any kind. The only way I know of to get the feedback you're looking for is to use a DAW that does so and then learn the parameters in the DAW, not directly in Zebra. I did that a long time ago with a BCR2000 and Zebra.

Ableton Live can do it. The 'Remote' button must be enabled.

Cubase ca do it with with generic remote I think. Sensomusic Usine can. Studio one can also I think etc.

Ok thanks, I succeed this evening with "configure" to make a controller in the rack and then midi learn it. With BCR2000 I have now feedback with the led rings and I am much happier than yesterday. Unfortunately I cannot connect all parameters in zebra. As an example, I cannot control the volume of the four separate lines in the patcher
Is there any possibility to control it?

Please make every possible parameter controllable by the daw automation. Also the Patching in the main grid.
As an Example:
Each Module (OSC1, OSC2, Comp, u.s.w.) has its position in the grid controllable.
Value 0 is off and not visible
Value 1 is on and visible at position 1:1 in the grid
Value 2 is off and visible at position 1:1 in the grid
Value 3 is on and visible at position 1:2 in the grid
Value 4 is off and visible at position 1:2 in the grid
...
If a place is reserved by another module, it jumps to the next value.
It would be great if you could realise this. If patching is possible from outside the vst, I can build a better controller for it.
I hope it's not to much programming work, you did already a good job with controllable parameters. The controller is already in work progress and I make it modular so I can add features if there will be some new in feature releases
Thx for this great Synth!
