Are you referring to, say, how you have to jump through hoops just to get a silent sidechain going? For some reason I remember it requiring many less steps in Cubase 5. Okay, since noone is answering I'm gonna start speculating...
A few months back there was a discussion on the lack of certain MIDI functionality, Arpeggiators,routing and such both Ari and Eike chimed in that something was in the work's along with more controller love. It would seem that these might be incorporated in this update.
There, I feel better now... of course that's just me speculating.

And somebody somwhere is always gonna be unhappy. It's a "DAW thang". I suppose we'll find out which group we belong to soon enough.
