"hey hibidy, what would you like to see??"
Oh, just the fix the cpu usage/optimize and I'd be fine. Otherwise it will just continue to sit......unused.......

Are you referring to, say, how you have to jump through hoops just to get a silent sidechain going? For some reason I remember it requiring many less steps in Cubase 5. I could very well be imagining things though.

Seems easy enough to me, to assign a channel directly to a side chain input so you don't hear it.

Okay, since noone is answering I'm gonna start speculating...

A few months back there was a discussion on the lack of certain MIDI functionality, Arpeggiators, routing and such both Ari and Eike chimed in that something was in the work's along with more controller love. It would seem that these might be incorporated in this update.

There, I feel better now... of course that's just me speculating. :nutter:

:hihi: You know how it goes Braj. Everyone has their own personal list of things they want most and we never know who'll be happy and unhappy until we see a thing.

And somebody somwhere is always gonna be unhappy. It's a "DAW thang". I suppose we'll find out which group we belong to soon enough.

The only thing you can take away from my last post as gospel would be this....

Actually how about a comprehensive vocal plugin? Pitch to midi? Interesting innovative new twists with Melodyne?
