I'm getting there. Previous post confirms my suspicions. I've cracked about 90% of the misdirects now.

Between football, the CONSTANT AND NEVER ENDING UPDATES when doing a clean install and the heat and maybe a hint of laziness, it's just taking forever!

I'll finish it today by god.......I'll find a way to launch that sucker and get it going today mind you :x :tantrum: :help:
I think you'll be moderately pleased. After some install headaches - documented above - I'm working through it slowly, watching tutorials, tinkering, having 'duh' moments, but I'm happy this is kind of the studio I've been looking for. The new features make a big difference, IMHO.

Here's a question. Now that I have all the updates for win7 done and I'm ready to actually do the install (AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x ) will turning off the UAC solve all the as admin BS?

I know I asked in another thread, but I really want this done as close to perfect as I can.

Well, I went ahead an pulled the trigger on this. I upgraded X1 Essential to X2 Essential and it worked like a charm. No problems to report at this time. I am currently playing with the new Alchemy release with it, so we will see if I come up with any issues.
This space has been unintentionally left blank.

We also hope the same thing however we will miss your threads about your complete and utter dissatisfaction with your current software.

It would be a shame if it works, I really enjoy your rants. :D

Sorry hibidy I couldn't resist, your negativity is one of your best traits and it's true you give prop's when necessary.

Much like the Crusades, the search for the Holy Grail of DAWs will never really end. :hihi:
