How do I use the different channels from the rewire slave in MuTools?

I have been playing around with channels and other elements and I am very,very stumped... I am using Reason by the way.

Audio channels or MIDI channels?
Audio: Plug in the RW device in eg the Session MUX, there you can connect any of the audio outs to anything you like.
MIDI: Right-click a track -> Choose MIDI Channel.
