The presets folder is there...
VST Folder... Instruments\Podolski\uhe_data\Presets\
And the folder contains a bunch of .fxp files and sub-folders (aMUSED, Arny, fucanay...ets).
But the preset browser on Podolsli's GUI is blank... No presets....
Can someone help me fix this..?

Yeah, it's the right forum, but it's a difficult question 
Try to run your host with admin rights once.
The problem is, IIRC Podolski tries to copy the presets to Program Files/u-he/Presets/Podolski and that's certainly write protected in nowadays operating systems. We fixed it in our current line up, but we didn't do so for this one.

I copied the presets to that location and it's fixed.
