Will one be able to use touch control for Nantstudio if one installs it on the new Microsoft tablets that are launched now?

Hope it does as it is free for Windows :)

If Nantstudio for Windows RT exists, or if/when it is released, yes.

I don't think Nanostudio is made for Win RT.

But the Surface tablets also comes in a version that runs Windows 8 Pro, hope Nanostudio can be used on that in case.

Applications don't automatically become "touch sensitive" when you run them on different hardware.
Is it programmed that way?

You can always use an application on a touchscreen like you would use mouse, but indeed, that doesn't mean it's ideal, or multi-touch.
And the Surface Pro (x86) isn't the the tablet that is being launched "now". First the RT and the Pro later ;)
