Yup, works great now, thanks!elcallio wrote: [*]Fixed crash in GDI+ shutdown on XP
A few niggles though:
- Am I the only one to experience that it's impossible to type spaces in program slot names (in REAPER)? The key is passed through to the program, starting playback.
- Smooth scrolling in the file browser would be nice. It jumps around a bit too much for my taste right now, which is confusing if you're in a dir with a lot of stuff in it.
- I would like to see an option for creating a new program slot directly below the currently selected one, because dragging slots around is a PITA.
- A small memory usage display would be great. It's easy to forget that you have unused samples loaded and this would help prevent runaway RAM usage. Maybe something like:
490MB / 122MB
Where the second number indicates unused samples.
Keep up the good work!

Reaper simply does not propagate space to plugins. Neither window messages or VST callbacks. Not much I can do here...cerendir wrote:Yup, works great now, thanks!elcallio wrote: [*]Fixed crash in GDI+ shutdown on XP

You can use "duplicate slot" to coy the select slot(s). The result will end up after the selected one.cerendir wrote: - I would like to see an option for creating a new program slot directly below the currently selected one, because dragging slots around is a PITA.
Its in the todo list, both samples and undo queue.cerendir wrote: - A small memory usage display would be great. It's easy to forget that you have unused samples loaded and this would help prevent runaway RAM usage. Maybe something like:

Did you try right-clicking on the window header and selecting "send all keyboard input to plugin"? Works here.

Ok, reproduced, verified and fixed. D2D1 did not enjoy trying to blit a rather large offscreen bitmap and thus the drawn waveform became blank. I've fixed the caching code, now all is fine.Jonathan Shepherd wrote:It only happens with certain samples. I'll send you some wav examples, along with the repeaks files generated. Not to sound like a big dummy, but where do I send these files? I can send them as attachments in gmail, or is there a better way?
I have an avi of the process but will wait on posting unless you ask for it. Thanks-
Thanks for the repro files.

Hi elcallio,
TX16Wx b16 (x64) has an gui error with cubase x64:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/apo3l6t068vn7 ... 0Error.jpg
I tried to resize the gui but the performance selector doesn't react. The whole gui reacts only to right-click. It's also not possible to switch the view tabs.

Weird. Which version of cubase? And does this happen when you load the plugin, or after an UI resize? At least up until v5 cubase does not respond to the host callback for window resize, thus one has to close and reopen the gui for that to work. But you say the UI becomes unresponsive, which should never happen.ACR23 wrote:Hi elcallio,

You can try opening your setting.ini in <profile>\AppData\Local\TX16Wx and change the flag UiSize to 0, that will reset UI size to smallest.

After changing the flac UiSize to 0 only the frame of the plugin decreased:

This installer still doesn't use the VST folder location from registry, it seems?
I have it set up to C:\VST\, but the installer always sets C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Vstplugins.

The installer checks the Software\VST\VSTPluginsPath entry, but note that for the 64 bit plugin, it will check this in the 64-bit section of the registry, thus if you've set the 32-bit entry, this will be ignored.EvilDragon wrote:This installer still doesn't use the VST folder location from registry, it seems?

(And yes, I've verified this works as expected

Alright, I have HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\VST\VSTPluginsPath entry set to C:\VST, but it doesn't seem to work
That being said, I can't seem to find 32-bit version of that entry in my registry.

Oh, whoops.

I always thought that was the 64-bit one, for whatever reason. Well, you learn something every day.

it's the same here with Live 8.3.4 32bit, Reaper 4.22 32bit on Win 7 64.
But I could push the key c-1 if I click a little above the virtual keyboard. Then I hit c0. And this difference increases. When I hit c4 the virtual keyboard plays c6...bug scaling
On my win 7 32 bit laptop it's working fine. Great Sampler btw!!
I would consider an own "add on" format for developers who want to sell their libraries. It's not the same but lacking of an protected format was the death of Gigasampler. Other way around it could be an advantage to give developers the possibilty to sell their libraries? Dunno..
And you could establish a contest like : "best sound with only 1 mb" or something like this
All the best!

Curious - where's the 64-bit one? I haven't installed anything yet that has created it.elcallio wrote:Wow6432Node is the 32-bit one.EvilDragon wrote:Alright, I have HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\VST\VSTPluginsPath entry set to C:\VST, but it doesn't seem to work
