Hi,

I've sent last monday and yesterday again an e-mail to Sugar Bytes support (with a license transfer request) but unfortunately it is still left unanswered. Could you please reply to me asap? The new license owner would really like to use his plugin soon, or we would like to know at least what the current status is and when it might be finally transferred.

You have great products and a great discount deal going on currently, but please also continue with great support. :)

I remember having to wait about 4 days with D16 to get a licence transfer when I bought some of their stuff on the marketplace second hand. This was also during the time when LuSH-101 was just released so they were probably swamped with emails.

Have you tried using their contact page directly from their website? I recently sold guitarist to another user and they responded fairly quick when I sent the request directly from their page.

I asked a question two days ago (about payment) using the form on their website. The answer came at the same moment on the email.

I think the info that is transmitted through the web form is being sent to their support e-mail address, which is the same e-mail address they contacted me with during several previous license transfers.

But I'll try their website form again, can never hurt to try :)
