Everytime I try to load Diva into the beta I get this error

Works just fine here - maybe follow the advice that Dialog is trying to give you?

Back on topic...
I only have the Diva demo, but the AU version loads correctly on on Live 9 64bit (Beta). This being Mac and not Windows though.

Explains moving the data folder into Documents, just like the manual does.

(this is also why there's this insisting dialog/warning coming up in the installer... it ought to make clear that Program Files isn't a good place to put plugin data... I think we'll add a second "are you really sure?" dialog in future
)

You can also install your programs and documents on different partitions than the Windows partition. It works for me. For example:
C: Windows
D: Program Files
E: Documents and sample libraries
C: Windows
D: Program Files
E: Documents and sample libraries

I installed into the folders the software gave me by default it might be good to have them to default else where as well. I just got your email back on the issue thank you for the fast reply.
