Oh... that should be an (M) instead, as explained on page 7 of the Diva User Guide.
The exclamation mark was used in early betas. It shouldn't be in the current downloads... will have this checked out.

I discovered that this is caused by a custom Skin that I had installed.
..I changed back to the Default and all is well..
