True, but first things first. Arp anyone?
Arp? I'll be in soon... Still not a Diva owner yet.

I'd be more than happy to see an Odyssey or 2600! :D

 I now see this was about the Arpeggiator (Just received notifications about the Baby Steps video on YouTube). :hihi:

Post

hehehe, yeah... Arpeggiator...

Still not sure if and which synths/flavours to add in future.

Post

Some new flavors would be great... and the wilder character the better :D
I love the Korg components so much, I'd love some other hmm agressive/expressive components for Diva.

is the re sdk so bad? i have a 6 core amd cant believe that one voice will blow my cpu...

lets hope sdk2 will be more cpu friendly. in the meantime i buy all your avaiable RE's to support your company and i hope there will be Diva in our enviroment soon

It's my understanding that Diva makes extensive use of SSE2. The current RE SDK doesn't allow developers to access these instructions. That's part of the price you pay for a platform-agnostic SDK. I'm sure the Props team is working on bringing optimizations to devs but it's unclear when (or how much) will be implemented. I'm sure Urs would love to port his monster synths to the RE world provided it were feasible.

...and that's why REs suck. :D

I for one would pay for an update with new modules. Anything Oberheim or arp in particular.

I still can't get over this thing by the way, I'm spending 90% of my host time with it. In particular the Jupiter 8 modules. Two oscs sound like 12 in a digital subtractive synth.
