Hi,
I have just purchased Zebra and Dark Zebra at u-he.com and got nothing?
Paid with Paypal and got an error message that there has been a problem to generate a licence code for Zebra?
And got a mail with a download link for Dark Zebra with no link or whatever how to get the soundset and plug-in?
When I log in at Share-It/element5 it says download links already sent?
These things really make me nervous and I'm used to get my purchased items immediately when buying online.
So what's happening here?

i'd check your spam folder. i bought jamstix (or was it REAPER?) through share-it, worked like a charm.
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

You should receive a separate e-mail from share-it! Notification with the actual link. In my case, it took a couple of hours to receive it. I was skeptical originally also -- but after purchasing several sets using Share-It, actually prefer it over PayPal. As mentioned above, you might want to check your e-mail SPAM folder, to make sure it wasn't tagged..

Over night I got the links and a corrected mail for Dark Zebra with the download link.
I know that u-he is a good company and they're all very helpful and nice there, but I absolutely hate to get no clear information after a purchase.
Especially concerning how and when I will receive the items I have paid for.
All these informations are not clearly visible and you have to search for them.
This should be made better in my opinion.

Hi Phil,
Sorry for that - our database server had a drop-put yesterday evening, there was a bad connection or something. ShareIt then repeated the request two hours later. It wasn't their fault, it was ours.
This has happened 3 or 4 times this year, each time stalling a single order by two hours. It's probably the fault of our server provider. We've been toying with the idea of adding another server, but I'm not sure if this will resolve the issue.
ShareIt also reduced the number of mails that go along with a sale. I'll check if they send any initial confirmation or whether they can send an email in case our server has such a drop-out moment.
ShareIt is a really good partner for us. There used to be some trouble in the past, but this has been resolved completely.
Cheers,
Urs

I'll see what we can do. We used to have such information on the shop site, but that may have been dropped after some redesign.PhilG wrote: All these informations are not clearly visible and you have to search for them.

Thank you Urs,
so I had bad luck and a bad timing
That's awesome, I should have played lottery yesterday evening.
BTW
Dark Zebra is most impressive and very inspiring.
I don't know, why I didn't try Zebra before, maybe because I'm more a preset user than a sound designer.
But it is unbelievable, what can be done with it.

i bought diva the other day and it went thru in seconds, i think from sitting down to order to applying the code and being up and running took 5 minutes.
i spent a couple days trying the demo with windsynth, a yamaha wx5, and its good. it could be better with things like programmable ranges (and maybe even curves) on learned cc's but i can use other vst's to process my midi for it. certainly no arguing with its sound.
anyways i played a 3 piece jazz gig at digital river, who does share-it, for their holiday party and they seem very very nice, and musically hip.
theyre definitely one of those new age companies, nice workout room, nice game room, plenty of open space, lots of really happy people.
and they have that minnesota nice thing goin on.
