Synthmaster 2.5.4.146 - still hanging notes (in Cubase)

Using Synthmaster 2.5.4.146 (64 Bit) in Cubase 6.5.1 (64 Bit) on a Win 7 (64 Bit) System still produces hanging notes when DAW is stopped in the middle of a note while playing a Midi-track, even the track consists of only one note in a new project with only one track and one instance of synthmaster.

This happens only sometimes, after some minutes or after an hour. Never had such problems with other VSTi's.

Could you send me a session that demonstrates this problem?

Bulent,

Intead of posting a new topic I will reply to this thread. I sent this information through private email a couple times, but did not hear from you.

I get the same thing Bulent but only on the ARPs and sounds that loop and with using the sustain pedal. Pick any ARP and it does it everytime. I am using Acousticas Mixcraft 6.0. I dont know if some DAWs are immune to this or not, but it is very noticeable here on my end.

All you have to do is hold down the sustain pedal and hit the SAME ARP NOTE over and over. after the 2nd time and you release the sustain pedal, the ARP note stays ON and cannot shut it off until selecting a new patch.

I am surpised more people have not found/noticed this problem if you play the instrument live.

The other instruments that are not ARPs or have looping snds in them, seem to work OK so far(no stuck keys)with sustain on. The retriggering of some of the sounds you have to get used to and is just the nature of the slow starting/ramping/Attack sounds with with the sustain pedal down how it sounds when you re trigger it with holding the sustain pedal down.

Be interested to see if you get the same thing on your side Bulent,

take care,

DaveT

Dave, Yeah Bulent also knows of it occurring in Orion and Kore too... seems to be a tough nut to crack but I'm sure he'll get it! :)
