Had to reactivate a plugin....again.

Can you tell me why I have had to reactivate my plugins for like the 6th time, then I have to go searching for the licence file and dropping it into the plugin again, and then restarting my Cubase project? It's happened with all the plugins that I've purchased from you. Now tonight again with Mdrummer, and this is the second time for that plugin.

Hi,
you migrated your OS didn't you. Please proceed like this:
1) Locate a directory "MSPS", which should be here:
Mac: ~/Library/Application support/MeldaProduction/MSPS
Windows: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\
2) Delete the MSPS directory with everything in it.
3) Activate the plugins again.
Or even better, let me know via info@meldaproduction.com and I'll give you a debug version, which should find out what is wrong. It happens from time to time, but we are still unable to simulate this issue.
