Hi, I was wondering whether Sugar Bytes will be doing any more work on Consequence?

There are some very simple features I would love to see added.

Its basically that I'd love to use consequence mouselessly, but toggling between 'pattern keys on/off' is not midi mappable, so the workflow always requires going back to click this with the mouse.

Also I want to trigger consequence patterns from another vst's midi output, but that is fixed with a lowest note of C1, so I can only start the consequence patterns at 13..... a pattern keys octave offset feature would solve this.

Basically I'd love the ability to midi map all vital workflow functions, because I love Consequence, it's brilliantly simple and inspirational, but the ability to use it in a fully tactile way with a controller would take it to the next level.

I'm getting into Bomes MT and would love to integrate Consequence really tightly with the BCR2000 with proper LED feedback and all bells and whistles.

Thanks for your consideration

I'm a new Consequence user. Very cool plugin, really enjoying it.

As a feature request, I'd like to see the ability to 'lock' certain parameters, so that they remain in place while changing presets. This would be especially useful when using Consequence to drive midi into other plugins/external devices.

Two examples:
*Locking clock divide would be nice when auditioning presets. This is especially so when working at a faster tempo (d&b).
*Locking output & instrument levels/mute. Most especially if driving plugins within the same chain.

I'm also experiencing an issue. Wondering if other users have seen this happen:

Whenever I stop the host sequencer, Consequence will stop (as expected) and then, after about a second of delay, play a random step within it's sequence before stopping again. Seems to happen for me in both Live and Reaper. Using latest Mac OSX.

Anyone else experiencing this?
