well, how to start... every now and then if i have some spare time or have to wait for renderings or such, i tweak some synths sometimes. for one synth i did this over a long period of time, so finally there's 128 patches which gives a full set that i will release for free...
however, the synth is just a neat litte freeware thing, actually not very capable, so don't expect too much (f.e. it has no reverb buildt in, consequently the audio demo hasn't, too), and in no way it's anything you'd actually expect to hear from my commercial sets. there's a bit of everything in this set, some stuff of which some of you might find boring (who needs synthbrass, right
), nevertheless i put some of that stuff in...this set is in no way representative for me, though it might have my fingerprint on it. i just happend to have these patches lying around, growing over the time, that's it.
now, in the end it wouldn't be me, if i would break traditions, isn't it...
so, here we go - guess the synth the set is done with.

took a while but here you go... tried to recreate the equinoxe8 pe2000 pad from jarre... didn't really nail it, as he layered some other synths with it, as well as he fired it through the electric mistress... but yeah, somewhat close, listen for your self (forgive the crappy interpretation

it's patch 128.sy1, which will replace the init patch in the set. so in order to add it, you might have to manually replace the preset 128.sy1 in the zip with thisone (you need to rightclick > save as, otherwise you can't download) :
