Receptor 2 Pro+ UniWire shutting Cubase5 down

I successfully installed Receptor Tools, the Viewer's working fine, both of Receptor's plugins are showing in Cubase's list of plugins, all seems good. However, when I select "UniWire Instrument" from the list of available VST plugins in Cubase's VST Instruments, it acivates the UniWire "On" on Receptor, then asks if I want to create a new track and regardless of choosing "yes" or "no", it then shuts Cubase down immediately. I've worked with Muse support staff (who are great) on the issue but to no avail. They and I are stumped. ?
