Tracktion Software

Hello All,

Is anybody having issues with Novation V-Station VST in Tracktion.

I am currently using the latest Tracktion build and when opening V-Station the VST window loads but with a white background rather than the GUI?

I have tried a couple of older versions of Tracktion and the issue still occurs. As a test I tried the VST in Plogue Bidule and it opens fine. I am also using the latest version of the V-Station VST.

My OS detials are OSX 10.2.8, G3 900mhz with 256MB RAM.

Any Ideas?

Just spent 49.99 on the thing from SoundControl and its blank when the VST window loads? Somebody else mentioned it the otherday but no fix was mentioned.
Surely other people use V-Station on OSX with Tracktion?

50 bucks for v station?? where?? thats to good a deal not to pass up.

I own V-Station too, and also have the same problem. I reported this to Jules and he has duplicated it so it's on his list of things to do. I've also reported it to Novation so we'll see who fixes it first.

Really? I own V-Station (upgraded to latest version from Novation website - 1.2) and I've got no problems at all running it in Tracktion. I am using an older (pre-racks) version of Tracktion though. Maybe it's a problem that's been introduced recently?

I've the same problem with V-Station v1.2 in Tracktion, works fine in other hosts (SX 2.2, Garageband)

I just downloaded Tracktion today, and it appears V-Station still doesn't work with it. ARRRG!!! I was really excited about replacing garageband with this, guess not now.

um, ive since purchased v-station and it works perfect with T. newest versions of both programs. no issues at all, so you guys may have some deeper issues than just V and T.

I'm using the demo of Tracktion and not the real thing. Should that make a difference?

I have Vstation as well, works perfectly in Garageband and Cubase SE, but I prefer Tracktion and want to use it. Anyone who found a fix out there?

Also, I keep on having Crystal lock up on me. I've read that turning real time priority off helps, but I can't find an option for that in the Audio Devices area of Settings. Am I blind?

This is a Mac only issue; it works fine on the PC. We're having a little trouble getting in touch with the right person at Novation due to their state of flux but we're still working on it. Jules has kind of exhausted all he can do without some help from Novation at this point. Anyone here work for Novation?
