So is this an option when just dragging in an audio loop? Or do I have to add a audio track then slice and create a new track for the sliced audio sequence to go? And is this in the manual, the steps I mean? If so I apologize, again!

:)

And... 3.0.7 is the latest version right?

A cliplauncher mux would be cool .. with timestretching of course :) Then i would never ever look at live/bitwig again. If you bring it to mux, that would mean cubase users and whatever else host could be using it too..

Could add time stretch to MuSampla. That would be great!

Oh no please don't ! plenty if not all DAWS out that use time-stretch sound like mechanical shit, glitch and shitcore was developed to cover that sound up :hihi:

IMHO of course

Timestretching will never be free of unwished artefacts, that's true of course...

But:

Especially on drums, there are many examples, where algorythms like zplane's elastique produce very convincing results compared to the same loop sliced...

The problem is in first case to have only a small region, in which I can slow a loop down without too much unwanted noise and I will never understand, why the loop makers do, what they did...
Fact is: there are much more problems to slow down a loop than to speed it up...

Take a look at the available payware: 90% of the stuff is recorded at 130bpm, 136, 138, 140...
People... are you crazy or just silly????

Nevertheless, especially loops with reverb tails, sustaining sounds benefit a lot from timestretching instead of slicing... slicing will always sound like sidechain compression effects, while actual timestretch algorythms produce very little artefacts when used in a moderate way...
Of course, a lot stretched down from 140bpm to 100 will always sound shitty...

I've always been impressed by his work. And his plugins are very affordable too. He's a member here who posts regularly in the DSP forum by the way (DaveHoskins)
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

I've been out of the loop a little, so I hope I don't repeat known inquiries, but...

Any plans on making parameter automation sequences loop like note sequences (loop start/end)?

Any plans on adding the nice curve functions to parameter curves in note sequences?

Also, I noticed a few inconveniences that may be addressable...

In parameter automation sequence it would help a great deal to show existing values of the parameter at the time of the sequence as ghost line, maybe even a snap function to it.

Greater similarity in parameter sequences to hotkey functions of note sequences, such as holding ctrl on selected curve points to drag out a copy of them. Same also in parameter section of note sequences.

A little problem exists, when using copy/paste on curve points at finer grid sizes. For example, if you have two points on a gain curve, one up at 0 time and one down at 1/24th, select and copy them, paste them at 1/24th then at 2/24, then 3/24 and so on, you'll see that the internal rounding can confuse which point comes first. I hope that's understandable?

However, all in all there are some exciting improvements going on, thank you very much, Jo! A great way to start the new year! :)

Yes there are several items on the wishlist about that. Future challenges.

Also thanks for your other feedback, taken relevant notes.

Can you send me a little session + instructions to repeat this?

Post

Alright, I was sending you a demo session with just a parameter sequence via email...

Thanks for the MuSession. Indeed a float var rounding issue. Fixed in the next version.

General answer: There will come more YouTube movies yes.
