Probably lots of things besides the drift control knob that's already in there.
The phaser can add a lot to that, when the setting are right.
The very slight modulation of an lfo to the tuning knobs, as well.

For tape style drifting there are several plugins that emulate the speeding up and slowing down of a tape track as a whole. Adding delays can get the out of tune sounds to beat with one-and-other. Beyond that and the usual LFO tricks, not sure. I've requested a greater drift range for Diva, who knows, it may show up
