I'm playing around with the demo version of Diva, all the sounds are absolutely fantastic, seems like a great synth, however I've been getting some nasty crackling sounds out of it.
This doesn't just happen when I play the synth, if I just have it open sometimes it makes crackling noise for a bit, then abruptly stops. It doesn't seem related to whether sound is coming out of the synth, or its master output. Nothing is clipping.
Is this some kind of way to prevent the demo version from being useful?
If you have the full version of Diva, do you have this problem?
I really like the layout and look of the synth, it sounds great, but I'm not about to buy it unless I know for sure that this issue will go away.
My host is Logic Pro 9.1.6, I'm running in 64 bit, and my CPU is NOT peaking when this is happening.
Thanks in advance! : )

Hello statisticquill
The crackling sounds are only in the DEMO version. If you purchase the full version the limitation disappears!

Solved my own problem, don't know how I missed this on their website:
"Finally - Diva's demo restriction is a mild crackling sound that appears at irregular intervals."
Woops. Sorry for the useless thread.
