Hello,

I just purchased Sylenth, and installed it using the installer.
It's now in the VST folder where it's supposed to be, however, when I run live, nothing shows up in my Plug-ins folder.

Nothing really seems to work and it's really frustrating. I'll post a few screenshots below:

(I'm now OS X by the way, running Live 9 and I installed the latest version of Sylenth.)

I've tried reinstalling Sylenth, Ableton Live 9 and I've also tried Using a custom folder for vst's and manually choosing the VST folder that Sylenth is in, but nomatter what I do nothing shows up.

Any ideas? :/

do you have your bits matched up, live9 x64 with x64 sylenth, or 32 with 32?

Live's 64.

I'm not sure about Sylenth, the download link didn't mention this you see:

Didn't seem like it was a big deal unless you're using Windows judging by the mail.

Turn on "Use VST plugin custom folder"

I've already tried that as well, but it still doesn't detect Sylenth.

That's because Live 9 doesn't feature a bridge.

So if you use Live 9 x64, you should use Sylenth1 x64. But unfortunately, it's still x86 for the Mac version.

Hi everyone I mailed Lennar and shortly after I got a mail back.

Seems like Sylenth1 doesn't have a 64-bit version yet for OS X, but they're working on it.

They fix is basically to either use a 32-bit version of Live or use a bitbridge like JBridgeM, I guess I'll try the last mentioned solution first, otherwise I'll have to use 32-bit live for now :)

thanks a lot to everyone for your time!!
